Thank you for the diligent work you did in planning our trip to London and Paris and putting us in the most convenient hotels.  We were all totally satisfied, and the fact that you called us at the hotel when we could not get our boarding passes, showed that you are a true professional, and a woman of her word.  Thanks once again for your efforts.
